A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United States (contiguous U.S.) and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

Q: What are your shipping destinations?
A: We currently ship to the contiguous United States and contiguous Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other international destinations at this time.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–5 business days

Canada: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing (for Canada).

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey.

A: We offer a 30‑calendar‑day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned due to a quality issue (including manufacturing defects or functional problems).

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. We offer free return shipping for eligible returns. There are also no restocking fees.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
