Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other international destinations outside the United States and Canada. Please check back for updates as we expand our shipping network.
